Though we are regrettably unable to offer full disabled facilities, we are able to accommodate those
who are able to walk upstairs.
|
|
The drive with car parking for 2 cars is immediately in front of the house and has a gravel surface.
|
|
There are no designated parking bays on the drive so it is important to let us know
when booking if you require a guaranteed space to park your car, otherwise there is plenty of free
parking in a quiet side road very close by.
|
|
There is one step into the house of 17cms and then a threshold of 7cms.
|
|
The Breakfast Room is on the ground floor with a guest WC on the same floor.
|
|
The carpeted stair case has 10 deep steps up to a small landing and then another 7 steps up to the
first floor.
|
|
The steps are all 15cms high and there is a sturdy handrail on the left hand side all the way up.
|
|
All the bedrooms are on the first floor and there are no further steps into any of the bathrooms.

The Yellow Bedroom has an en-suite shower room with WC and hand basin.
|
|
The Balcony Bedroom, which has a private shower room with WC and hand basin, is four paces across
the landing.

The Blue Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, WC, hand basin and a separate shower cubicle.
|
|
All the bedrooms have flat screen televisions with teletext for the hard of hearing.
|
|

We try to be as helpful as is feasibly possible, bearing in mind that this is a normal family house
and we look forward to welcoming you.
